So the demo was going pretty well, It was not hard to install and I got great feedback.

Height
- Interestingly, each professor had different opinions and preferences regarding the height of the fragments. While considering the final height, I planned to leave it to the final installation stages since adjusting the height was not hard and time-consuming.
Randomness
- The feedback on the randomness of the fragmented movement is definitely the number 1 priority for my future builds. The randomness includes two things, the pattern of the alignment as well as the pattern of the movement. Aya and Scott mentioned that I should be more careful of purely random and asked me will there be a consistent pattern or sequence. And Aya dropped a really nice suggestion of following the path of an actually sleeping pattern and then mapping it to a shorter scale of time. This is a brilliant idea that I would keep researching about it
Pace
- Before showing the installation to the three faculties, I was a bit worried about the pace of the up-down movement of the fragments. However, Scott emphasized that dream is not a fast action and he actually likes it being gentle and slow in movement. I guess I need to focus only on the change in motion (Thanks Aya for this feedback!) while the Fresnel lens detects human movement instead of the general pace of the movement
Lighting
- The most surprising feedback I get is all three professors claimed that it could not be that necessary to include an LED light inside each fragment, it would make each fragment look isolated while also jeopardizing the simple, clean aesthetic of each fragment. Instead, Scott recommended having a spotlight on the outside, acting as the single light source, and projecting it to all fragments. I love this idea and Aya also agreed that in this way the layers of fragments with different heights will cause a perfect reflection on each other and on the wall behind. Jean mentioned the translucent texture of the fragment will also harmonize with the light source. Having a proper light source and thinking about color will also be my crucial task in the future.
